Return & Refund Policy – Brat Beauty

At Brat Beauty, we take pride in delivering safe, effective, and high-quality skincare and beauty products. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return, no-exchange policy once the product is delivered, unless it meets the conditions mentioned below.

1. Returns Eligibility

Returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

  • You received a wrong product.

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • The product is expired at the time of delivery.

  • The product is missing from the package.

In such cases, please raise your concern within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team with clear images and your order ID.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without original packaging or invoice

  • Products purchased under special discounted offers, combo deals, or free samples

3. How to Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return (if eligible), kindly follow these steps:

  • Mention your Order ID, issue description, and attach photographic proof (product & packaging)

  • Our support team will evaluate your request and respond within 2–4 business days

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement of the damaged item, or

  • A coupon code for future purchase, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method (in eligible cases only)

4. Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refund will be issued via UPI or bank transfer upon verification.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once dispatched, no cancellation or changes are allowed.

6. Important Notes

  • Brat Beauty reserves the right to reject a return/refund request if the issue reported is not genuine or the product is tampered with.

  • Our policies comply with applicable laws under the Consumer Protection Act of India.
